Augsburg University of Applied Sciences (over 6,600 students) has been offering a joint study program in computer game development since 1996. In the bachelor's degree program Interactive Media, gamers can earn the degrees B.A and B.Sc. In the master degree program Game Development, game projects are jointly supervised by lecturers from the design and computer science faculties. In addition to training for the games industry, industry-related applications based on game engines are an objective in the new Creative Engineering program.
